Dewayne Scott, CEO
Dewayne brings 15 years of corporate leadership experience with The Kroger Co., more than 18 years as President and CEO of SRS, Inc., a multimillion-dollar construction management and disaster response company, and over five years in state government as Deputy Commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development. His experience across business and public service gives him a practical perspective on building partnerships, leading teams, and delivering results.
William Thomas, President
William D. Thomas, MBA, is a global operations executive, general manager, and business strategist with more than 35 years of leadership experience. A career spanning engineering, manufacturing, operations, sales, quality assurance, process improvement, and management consulting. Holding leadership positions with Bridgestone Americas in Brazil and Argentina. As well as working in management for United Parcel Service and Goldratt Consulting.
